The Jessie Hopkins Hinchee Foundation is a Non-profit Corporation governed by a Board of Directors. It was established in 1980 by parents and other concerned citizens dedicated to provide quality of health care and housing services to persons with developmental disabilities.

These and other individuals continue to be involved at all levels of the organization, from occasional assistance to ongoing fundraising participation.

Hinchee Homes believes individuals with developmental disabilities are valued members of society. As valued members of society, they have the right to quality life. We believe that quality of life is enhanced by the degree by which an individual exercises his independence, self sufficiency, and freedom of choice.
